Shannen joined Gawler Animal Hospital in mid-2019, transitioning back to her nursing career after taking time off to welcome her newest family member. She quickly became an integral part of the team, seamlessly fitting into roles across the hospital, from clinical duties to consulting and reception. Shannen has a particular interest in canine rehabilitation following orthopaedic surgery and takes pride in seeing patients recover and thrive.
Outside of work, Shannen enjoys photography and spending time with her three daughters—Ella, Harlow, and Millie. She loves taking them on outdoor adventures. Shannen also has a passion for pets, sharing her home with a rescue Dalmatian named Charlie, two Staffys—Choofy and Ace—and two rescue cats, Max and Buttons.
