Chloe

Chloe started studying veterinary nursing straight out of school in 2019. She has known as long as I can remember that working with animals and being an advocate for them was something that I always wanted to do. Chloe was at her previous clinic as a trainee nurse for 4 years where I built a great foundation of knowledge in reproduction. During this time I also did a lot of kitten and cat fostering for a rescue, at one point I had 12 kittens in my care all at different life stages!

Growing up, Chloe was a very sporty person and played a lot of netball. In the summer seasons she would play social clubs and in the winter season I played more of the competitive side for either country teams or city competition, until my career was cut short at 19 when I ruptured my ACL, followed by both my Menisci and a tibial fracture about 2 years later which resulted in a full knee reconstruction. I decided that it was time to hang up the trainers at this point and focus on strength training instead! Outside of work Chloe is now an avid gym goer.

Chloe currently lives with her partner Jordan and has a pretty full household of 3 cats- Saber, George and Bindi as well as my dog Milo who is Chloe’s best bud. Chloe joined Gawler Animal Hospital in 2023 and thoroughly enjoys all aspects of the clinic, from patient care and surgery to consultations.
