Carena joined our customer care team in 2017 and quickly became an essential member of the team. With extensive experience in veterinary nursing and customer care, she made an immediate impact with her knowledge, confidence, and rapport with clients, pets, and team members. Carena’s deep understanding of pet conditions and her ability to effectively triage patients are valuable assets to our clinic.
Outside of work, Carena and her husband, Dave, enjoy life with their lively rescue dog, Rocket. Rocket, once a camp dog, found a loving home with them and has become a beloved member of the family. Carena is also a creative spirit, spending her free time making dream catchers and polymer clay necklaces, which she sells at local craft markets.
Known as the ‘Favourite Auntie’ to her nieces and nephews, Carena and Dave welcomed their daughter, Gracie, in 2021.
