Bec joined Gawler Animal Hospital in 2025 as a customer care team member, after years of experience working with animals in the pet retail industry. With a lifelong passion for animals and a background in management, animal studies, and animal care & coordination (specialised in reptiles), Gawler Animal Hospital proved to be the ideal place for her to further develop and share her expertise.
Outside of work, Bec enjoys life with her fiancé Werner and their daughter Daisy. The family shares their home with three beloved cats—Winnie, Leroy, and Salem—and a Marbled Children’s Python named Freckles. In her free time, Bec can often be found curled up with a new book or spending quality time with her loved ones, including family, friends, and pets.
