Never thought I’d ever have to be writing about this but, during these troubled times, I can assure you that we are taking all precautions to ensure we have a healthy hydrobath for your personal safety!!!! In a recent blog, I talked about some of the measures we’re taking to reduce the risk posed by the Corona virus. It occurred to me this morning that I hadn’t mentioned our dog hydrobath, which so many of you use on a regular basis.
As already discussed, we go to great lengths to clean and disinfect all public surfaces in the hospital – phones, counters, eftpos machines, door handles, toilets, chairs, etc. I should have told you that these safety measures also extend to our external facilities such as the hydrobath and our puppy pre-school areas.
We’ve always maintained a strict hygiene protocol to keep our hydrobath clean and free of canine bugs such as parvovirus. With all the recent fuss over Coronavirus, we’ve extended our cleaning and disinfecting efforts even further to include the wash hose, the payment/control panel and the enclosure that surrounds the hydrobath.
As a result of these extra measures, you can rest assured that it’s still safe to use this facility and to keep your furry friends clean and smelling sweet!!
Yet another example of how be back up our claim to look after our clients as well as our patients!!! If you have any questions or concerns about any aspects of the Coronavirus scare, please feel free to give us a call on 8522 3500.
